Cast Announce New Album Yeah Yeah Yeah

Cast Announce New Album *Yeah Yeah Yeah* Featuring Soul Icon P.P. Arnold

Cast, the iconic Liverpool band known for their 1990s Britpop roots, have announced their upcoming album Yeah Yeah Yeah, set for release on January 30, 2026. The record includes a collaboration with legendary soul singer P.P. Arnold, and promises to explore new sonic territory with gospel and psychedelic funk influences.

The band—John Power (vocals/guitar), Liam ‘Skin’ Tyson (guitar), and Keith O’Neill (drums)—recorded the album in Spain at Youth’s Space Mountain studio, a creative retreat nestled in the mountains. Youth, known for his work with The Verve, Paul McCartney, and more, co-produced the record and described the sessions as “majestic.”

A Surprise That Sparked Inspiration

According to Power, the project came together unexpectedly.

“Yeah Yeah Yeah just arrived out of the blue,” he said. “There was a window of opportunity, and I thought, let providence prevail. None of the songs were really finished, but we both felt we had something special, so we decided to roll with it.”

That spontaneous energy infuses the album’s sound—a mix of classic Cast rock and bold new stylistic departures.

P.P. Arnold Joins on Lead Single "Poison Vine"

The album’s lead single, “Poison Vine,” features the unmistakable vocals of P.P. Arnold, who made waves with her set at Glastonbury 2025 and has worked with everyone from The Small Faces to Oasis.

“When I heard those two vocals kicking in on the chorus,” said Power, “I just knew we had it. That’s the real thing.”

The track blends gritty rock with soaring soul, showcasing Arnold’s powerhouse delivery against Cast’s melodic backbone.

Momentum Builds on Tour with Oasis

Cast are currently on the road supporting Oasis Live '25 Tour, giving fans an early taste of the new material while revisiting the anthems that defined their early success. The tour has reignited interest in the band’s legacy, and Yeah Yeah Yeah is poised to build on that momentum.

With fresh collaborations, bold production, and renewed creative energy, Yeah Yeah Yeah marks a thrilling new chapter for Cast—and a must-hear moment for fans of Britpop, soul, and psychedelic rock alike.

The album will be available on all major platforms beginning January 30, 2026.
